As a mom of a teenager, juggling work and school left my eating habits far from ideal – skipping breakfast, relying on coffee and pastries, and eating sweets regularly. This caused digestive issues, fatigue, and a feeling of heaviness.

Two years ago, I started with Herbalife Nutrition. In just two months and four challenges, I added a healthy breakfast, improved digestion, and eliminated fatigue. My body composition also improved.

What is the difference between the programs you offer?

FIT Marathon (10 Days): This is our most intensive program, requiring greater commitment, but delivering superior results. You’ll be part of a group of 8 participants, working as a team to achieve collective and individual goals.

DoTheChange Challenge: This is a self-guided challenge where you work independently under the guidance of a mentor. You also have the opportunity to compete for rewards.

1:1 Mentorship: This is a private, personalized program where we work directly with you as a client. It includes a body scan analysis (if applicable), a customized nutrition plan, and progress monitoring every 10 days.

No, the price depends solely on your goals and needs, including your chosen
meal plan and dietary preferences. Everything else is included in the price,
regardless of which program you select.

Weight loss: On average, women lose 3-5 kg per month, while men lose 2-4
kg. With programs like FIT Marathon (10 Days) or DoTheChange
Challenge, results can be even better due to the added motivation from group
support or competition. For FIT Marathon, the average weight loss has been 5-
9 kg in just 10 days.

Muscle gain: On average, clients gain 1-3 kg of healthy muscle mass within a
month.

You can increase your energy levels, improve overall health, and address
issues like immunity, digestion, blood sugar levels, blood pressure, cholesterol,
sleep quality, and the condition of your skin, hair, and nails. Our programs can
also help you replace unhealthy habits (snacks, sweets, pastries) with healthier
